Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Refunds are only available for standard Products that are returned in accordance with our return policy.

1.2 Customized or special order Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

1.3 To be eligible for a refund, Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@rbtrade.co.uk or 01553 615665 (Option 3) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.2 Once you have received your RMA number, please return the Products to the following address: Reinforced Beds, West Holme Nursery, 65 Station Road North, Walpole Cross Keys. King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE34 4HB

2.3 All returns must be accompanied by the RMA number and the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Inspection and Approval of Returns

3.1 Upon receipt of the returned Products, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for refunds.

3.2 If the Products are approved for a refund, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

3.3 If the Products do not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the Products to you at your expense.

4. Refund Amount

4.1 Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the Products, excluding shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount. Restocking fees are typically 20% of the purchase price.

5. Method of Refund

5.1 Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

5.2 If the original payment method is not available, refunds will be issued by check or another method at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Items

6.1 The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or special order Products
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging
  • Any other items specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

7. Damaged or Defective Products

7.1 If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@rbtrade.co.uk

7.2 We will arrange for the repair or replacement of the damaged or defective Product in accordance with our warranty policy.
